Lyric soprano Charlotte Corwin is one of Canada's most exciting young singers, quickly establishing herself as an accomplished performer of both opera and concert repertoire.Charlotte added Konstanze to her growing range of roles, with Edmonton Opera in Mozart's Die Entführung aus dem Serail in 2011.

A member of the elite Atelier Lyrique de L'Opéra de Montréal from 2005 to 2008, Charlotte debuted as Juliette in the 2007 production of Romeo et Juliette with L'Opera de Québec.

On the concert stage, Miss Corwin has sung with many of Quebec's leading orchestras and choral groups, including Les Violons du Roi (Chantons Noel), Choeur St-Laurent (Petite Messe Solennelle) and I Medici di McGill (Nuits d’Été, Berlioz).

As winner of the Joseph Rouleau Award “Best Artist from Quebec” in the 2009 Montreal International Music Competition, Charlotte presented a recital at St. John's, Smith Square, in London, England.

Recent highlights for Charlotte include Lord Nelson Mass/Salve Regina (Haydn) with Aradia Ensemble, Cleopatra with Opera In Concert (Handel's Giulio Cesare), Gilda in Opera York's Rigoletto, and Fiordiligi (Cosi fan Tutte) with Pacific Opera Victoria.

A winner in their New Discoveries Competition, the Ottawa Choral Society presented Charlotte as soloist in Larysa Kuzmenko’s haunting “Dreams”.
In 2012, Charlotte debuted as as Musetta in a concert version of Puccini’s La Bohème with Kingston Symphony Orchestra and returned to Montreal’s Choeur St- Laurent for Mozart’s sublime Mass in C Minor.

Recent performances for Charlotte include a recital for Montreal’s Société d’art Vocal, “Viennese New Year” with Victoria Symphony and Miss Wordsworth in Britten’s comic gem Albert Herring with Pacific Opera Victoria.
In 2013, Charlotte debuted with Toronto Masque Theatre, starring in John Blow’s Venus and Adonis and Alice Ho’s Dora Award-winning opera, The Lesson of Da Ji.

This season, Charlotte looks forward to her debut with I Musici de Montreal in Mozart’s Requiem and is the featured soloist in the world premiere of Ocean Child, Alice Ho’s winning composition selected by Prince Edward Island Symphony for their Celebrate Canada concert.

Charlotte Corwin has dual Canadian and U.S. Citizenship.
